Hydrogen Fueled Cars - How You Can Make Your
Own
By Peter Johnson

If you’re keeping up with
current technology, you’ve no doubt heard about
hydrogen fueled cars. With the
cost of gasoline skyrocketing these days, just
about everybody is looking for an alternative
and a way to save money. With about
three-fourths of the planet covered in ocean,
hydrogen seems like it may be the most logical
choice—it looks like we have enough to last us
for a while.

When you think of hydrogen fueled cars you
probably first think of hydrogen cell vehicles, but hydrogen
cell technology is actually not yet perfected and still not
available to the general public as of yet. You may have seen
the commercials on TV and you may have even seen one on the
road, but hydrogen cell cars are not yet available for purchase
and even if they were they would not be considered affordable
by most people. While we’re waiting for hydrogen cell cars, an
old patent has recently been revived that can provide us with a
way to use water as fuel for our cars.
The hydrogen car kit is a patent from years ago
that someone recently dug up. This kit actually turns your
vehicle into a hydrogen hybrid with a few small
components—electrical wiring, baking soda, a fuse, a vacuum
hose, and a sealed, quart-sized glass jar. These components
enable your vehicle to run on both gasoline and water and may
possibly double your gas mileage.
All you need to do is first use the items
listed above to build the conversion device and fill it with
water. You next attach the conversion device to your car’s
battery and engine. The conversion device uses energy from your
car’s battery to convert the water within the device into a gas
called “HHO”—two parts hydrogen and one part oxygen. HHO, which
is also known as Hydroxy, Water-Fuel, or Brown’s Gas, has only
water as a byproduct, burns clean, and provides a lot of
power.
The simplest way to learn how to convert your
car into a hydrogen hybrid is to do it yourself. There are
handful of sites which can show you how to effectively convert
your car. There are some mechanics out there that know how to
convert cars into hydrogen fueled cars, but they usually charge
about $300 for the service and these mechanics are notoriously
hard to find. If you do the conversion yourself, on the other
hand, the parts you need to build the device will only cost you
about $20.
Everybody wants to save money on fuel these
days—even celebrities are parking their private jets because it
costs too much to fuel them. The increase in the cost of fuel
affects every aspect of our economy and we all feel the pinch
in one way or another. You don’t even have to own a car to feel
it. Hydrogen fueled cars are not only a great way to save money
on fuel, but also a great way to control emissions and your
carbon footprint.
